August stats have just been released by Florida Realtors®. Take a look at the charts below to see where we stand compared to this time last year. Average sales prices have gone up about 6.5% for Single-Family Homes and 10.0% for condominiums and months supply of inventory is still around 2.5 months, meaning we are in a sellers market.
